Your Life's Hard Because You Choose the Easy Way

Why do you think life's a struggle?

What if everything you've felt about yourself could change... for the better... in a month? What about a week... or a day? Would that be a positive for you? Would that help you change the way you see life and everything involved in it?

For a lot of you, that's the exact thought running through the minds of many that read this article. In a recent research study completed on 300 patients by Berkeley University in June of 2017, results show that gratitude (which I won't dive as deep into in this article, but it's a future possibility) is the most effective way of suffocating depression and negativity in your mind and heart. Consciously counting your blessings daily has gone on to prove over the past ten decades of studies that it tends to make people dealing with depression more content, happier, and successful in life.

Please take the time to turn off your music while you drive, or even while you're on lunch, and sit and talk to yourself. Count all of the blessings in your life, from being alive all the way to having the friends or family that you do. Nothing can be worse than living your life dreading everyday and taking of the life you DO have for granted because you're used to it. You have a mind capable of learning, you have the heart capable of passion and perseverance. I'm talking to YOU. Yeah, YOU... reading this story right now. Stop taking your damn life for granted. Whether you believe in a God or the universe or not, you're on this planet at a one in four TRILLION chance. You're breathing, you're comprehending my words, and you're either thanking me or you're becoming "butt-hurt" at this very moment just because you don't want to be held accountable for your actions.

Whenever you stress about making more money or trying to be "the next big thing,"stop and sit down if you have a split-second to do so. You weren't made for this negative shit. You were made to survive; not only that, but to flourish in life as well. You're already a lucky chance. A one in four TRILLION chance of being a human on this earth. That's trillion with a T.

What makes you think you're anything less than extraordinary? You're already a lucky number coming out the womb! Use that energy and motivation to make yourself even more of a miracle story by building and living the best life that literally ANYONE can live. Hard work, gratitude, and not giving a single f*ck what anyone else says is the best medicine you can take daily to build that success story overnight. You're not alone feeling the way you do. You're just inexperienced and unsure, you're not hopeless. You're not unfixable, you're not too far lost. I believe in you, and you should too. I appreciate you even reading these stories, that already shows you want better for yourself! That makes me freaking excited and happy! My whole goal of this blog page is to build other people's motivation, happiness, and desire for the ultimate version of themselves that is humanly possible! I need you to start with ONE thing...

Count your blessings.

If you've taken anything away from this story, I want to hear about it. If anything stands out to you, please let me know!
