When Everything Goes Wrong

It has to change.

Am I the only one who believed that we are on earth for a better reason than just the simple way of life that is 8am to 4pm day work?

Mother of 3 wonderful children, I can tell you that my life is rather ordinary, nothing to impress. I manage, I lead, I work, sometimes I go out with friends, when I'm lucky I can finally sleep, I try to save, solve some problems, avoid others. I buy myself a fake leather coat in order to have the feeling of spoiling myself and feeling unique. But in the end, I do all this knowing very well that I would like things to change, I need my life to change... And do you know what? They're going to change!

It ain't real that we need to undergo and live as a certain way of life, for fear of marginality! I only have one life, you only have one life, except if you know the secret about living forever. I do not! And when I watch my children undergo this same routine, knowing that they will have to work the same way we go, make money, but especially to allow the most powerful to do even more, I tell myself that it has to stop here. It's going to stop in 2020, 21st of June.

It is not true that we will suffer and live according to the lifestyles of others, for fear of marginality! I only have one life, you only have one, except if you know the secret on living forever. This is not my case and when I watch my children go through the same routine while waiting to have to work in their turn, I tell myself that it has to stop here. In fact, it will end on June 21, 2020.

There are 20 months left for us, to align the stars, planified before D-day.

We have 20 months left to update everything, to plan everything, align the stars before D-day.

The preparations are long, hard, but we want to prove to our children that there is more to do than play Fortnite. Did you know that this game was invented by child psychologists? Child brain experts who had only one desire, to exploit the child and his mental health to make money! But that's another story. What I do know, however, is that my children no longer play video games. They are getting ready for the big start. They have informed all their friends and it is with great serenity that they accept to follow us in this great adventure.

We made this decision about a month ago, my husband came back from another day of work with a sad face. He has been working in the same place for more than 15 years now and no challenges can motivate him anymore. Most of you know how difficult it is to have a stimulating life when we don't like our job. To make matters worse, we convince ourselves that this work belongs to us and that nothing can change anymore. For my part, I work in a hospital. I would have dreamed of being a great photographer reporter but life decided otherwise. Special to say, isn't it?! Life has decided otherwise. Is it really her who imposes this job on me or is it me who feeds my fear of going for it and doing something else. Doing what I really want.... Why would life impose anything on me anyway! Aren't we in control of our destiny?

Since last month, I see my life differently, because I decide to be the master of my destiny.

On June 19, 2020, I'll be turning 40!

My new family life will start at that time. We have finally decided to live for ourselves and all five of us will go on to conquer the Americas. The adventure has already begun, the countdown has begun, we will leave on June 21, 2020 for 1 year, by car, cross Canada to the west coast of America going south, Central America to Costa Rica. In 20 months, we will finally have the chance to live our 5-way life in our own way.
