What Are Your Intentions?

Most people believe their life is like a feather in the wind. They have no control over their destiny. What if I tell you that is not true? What if I tell you that whatever you think of that you want in your life it can come into reality?

It's generally understood that if you work and grind for what you want, you will be successful, but that is not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about something deeper and more satisfying than physical work or money. I'm talking about keeping your life stress-free and bringing abundance into your life.

I believe you can have good health for you and your family, have a stress-free life, and be able to share your blessing with everyone you know. All you need is to know how to control your thoughts. It's more than just thinking happy thoughts. It's more like thinking the reality you want to have into existence by setting your intentions. It's about taking control of the energy you create and focusing it to do good. You can also set intentions for good health and happiness for the ones you love, or just someone that you want to help. Once you practice setting intentions, you will be able to send focused intentions to others.

Often times people overlook one element we have as human beings, and that is the power of our minds and the energy it can manifest. I once did not believe in anything I could not prove or see with my own eyes. I felt very limited to what I was able to change in my life. It was all about luck or being in the right place a the right time. But it's not that haphazard. Now I do believe in the power of my intentions after I've seen them manifest in my life. I felt like I tapped into a superpower. I no longer feel like I have no control over the good things that happen in my life. Science has proven what our body's energy is capable of. I now know our mind has the power to manifest realities that you only think of.

How did I do it? I found a great technique watching Catherine Wishart's Youtube videos. This video was very helpful. I have seen success using her technique. I used it on a guy I met and he was not staying in contact with me like I wanted him to. So I focused on him with my intentions all that day and he called me. How do I know it worked? When he called, he said I was on his mind all day. I told him what I did and he was interested in practicing. I had him listen to some meditation music and to keep his thoughts on me. He was a good sport doing it, and I did the same with him in my thoughts. We sat there with only music and thoughts for at least an hour. After that night, he has called me and texted me every chance he has free. We are now connected.

I have also used it in helping my brother relax when he was so stressed and he wouldn't talk to me. I focused my intention on giving him peace in his mind and before the end of the night, he was talking to me as usual. I also used it on my grandson who was having anxiety from things that were happing in school. His school work was suffering. He went from straight As to getting a C and Bs in some classes. One night, after I got him to sleep, I set my intentions on him to find peace and to be able to handle whatever is stressing him. I was so determined to make this work because hugging him and saying it was going to be OK still sent him to bed in tears. That night, I set my intentions on him for a least an hour. I continued the next morning while he dressed for school and while he was in school that day. An amazing thing happened. That day, he came home, he had no problems to share, and he went to bed with no extra hugs or confirmations. The one thing that I know that made my intentions work on him is because we have a very strong bond. The stronger the bond, the better your intentions work.

Setting intentions can work for you but you have to believe in it. I challenge you to set your intentions.
