Hopefully these helpful tips will teach you how to let go of repetitive mundane rituals, and really live for the moment. This was written from personal experience, and a few true scientific facts.

STEP ONE- Learn how to find joy or happiness in your everyday life.

Whether it’s just some you time, to coloring, or having some tea... Never forget to relax, and keep your eyes on the positive.

STEP TWO- If you dislike your job, don’t force yourself to go there if it’s physically making you unhappy.

Money is everywhere, and it can be made a limitless number of ways. Don’t dwell on things that hurt your emotional health; instead, grow, change, and adapt.

STEP THREE- Travel.

Get out and see the world! It has so much to offer your mind would be blown. Try new food, listen to new music, try on a daring outfit, or even just go somewhere new for brunch. Anyway you find suitable, try new things! It can really help you grow as the little sunflower of a human you are.

STEP FOUR- Stop looking for love everywhere you go.

It will only come to those who are patient, so live your best life, work on yourself, and keep a positive mindset. Your true love will definitely be attracted to someone who's great on their own rather than someone desperately searching for love and happiness. Love and happiness are already inside of you. All you need to do is let it out.

STEP FIVE- Breathe.

Stop stressing over those papers that need to be done tomorrow, or that lady that called you a b***h at the coffee shop; all bad things will pass. NEVER FORGET to just relax, take a step back, and breathe. A little elbow grease never hurt anyone, but stress definitely has.

STEP SIX- Be fearless.

There is nothing you cannot accomplish if you put your mind to it! Do not let fear hold you back in any situation. Go with your gut and your heart!

STEP SEVEN- Cut any constantly negative people in your life.

Even if they’re someone you think you’re close to, they will prevent you from growing and blooming into the beautiful soul you can be. Negative energy will only drain you and cause you to have a harder time accomplishing the things that need to get done. Change is never easy, but rather necessary to living the best life you can.

STEP EIGHT- Save little amounts of money often for later emergencies, or big purchases you may need to make in the future.

This one is more common sense, but it really works. Put $20 a side every week. This is just an example, but saving $20 every week for a year would give you $960. Start saving while you’re still young. It will make life 100 times easier.

STEP NINE- Keep your friends and family close.

(If your friends and family are supportive.) It’s healthy for people to undergo normal daily interactions with people they enjoy being around. It may spark a feeling of security, happiness, and overall well being. Humans are a very social species. Stay in touch with your loved ones while they’re still around.

STEP TEN- Do what you want to do!

Don’t be afraid to buy that concert ticket, or eat out fancy once in a while, or buy yourself a new t-shirt. It’s not necessarily bad to act on impulse as long as you’re safe and careful about it. Keep your budget in mind, but don’t be afraid to “treat yo self” once in a while especially if you’ve been working too much and don’t get any “me time.” Living the life you want means doing what you want. As long as you take precautions, and pay attention, you’ll live a great life!
