The Power of "What If?"

Train your mind to attract what you want most.

I wish.

I'll try.

I can't.

How many times a day do these words cross your mind or come out of your mouth? Probably more than you can count.

Let me fill you in on something, lovelies. That doubtful voice in your head that makes you feel these things, pushes you to utter these overrated phrases... it's lying to you. Yep. Lying.

We overlook the things we say with no regard to the impact they have on our lives. Words are powerful, and no that's not just an expression.

I won't bore you with the science of things, but I will remind you how quantum physics has proven physical matter doesn't actually exist and everything in existence is just different vibrations of energy, meaning our lives are based on energy flow and not some solid force. In essence, if we become aware of the energy we possess through our emotions, we have the power to alter and create our reality. Breathe in positive energy, exhale negative energy; it's more than just a mantra.

These vibrations are fragile as they are affected by what we expose ourselves to, be it something we read or hear. When you get a "bad vibe" from someone, that's literally the universe telling you their energy is toxic to yours. But even though these things play a part in consuming us with negative energy, knowing that we control our surroundings gives us the ability to choose positive influences.

This is no different with the words we tell ourselves daily. If we accept these negative thoughts, they ultimately become real. You wished, and you're still wishing. You tried, and you're still trying. You can't, and you still can't. That's because these words hold doubt in them and when we use them, they put a block on what we really want because we believe them. But if we change the way we approach our emotions with the slightest bit of word play, we can attract good things. Instead of saying I wish I could do this or I wish I could have that, stop wishing and start asking what if. Remove the block in your mind that tells you you're unable to accomplish your desires by opening up the possibility they can and will happen. What if I can do this? What if I can have that? This simple switch ignites the confidence that it can be done and allows your mind to start mapping out the steps you need to take to get there. The thought becomes the goal, the goal becomes the plan, the plan leads to the focus and perseverance to make anything happen.

Stop all the self-deprecating and shut out anything that makes you feel the need to do it. Screw the no-carb diet and take a no-negativity diet. Don't let people get away with using you, your ambitions, or your success as an expense for a joke. Surround yourself with uplifting people and positive words. Embrace the power of what if and discover your true potential.
