Take care of yourself

Everyone is stressing over something, their job, car, life even. But they often forget to look in the mirror to realize who they need to be taking care of most.

Live your life your way!

We all live the life of working for a paycheck, needing money to buy the things we need and want. We push our bodies and minds to the limit for simple pieces of green paper with dead presidents on them, that have numbers of value in our lives so we can buy what we need. Although we get caught up in that game of wanting more and more money that we tend to neglect ourselves for a job that could simply replace us within a day or so.

Yes, we all need a source of income, or even something to keep us living and going. If I’m being honest, I don’t know what to do with my self if I take a week off work. And that is because I’ve become addicted to the work life as an adult because it’s a part of our everyday life/my life. We go to work to earn a check, get emotionally stressed from all the bills and debt we have encountered, and worry. Some even pick up bad habits, such as smoking cigarettes to relieve that stress.

Although my point is we are worrying about a job that will literally lay you off in a minute if you don’t follow their policy/rules. Lay you off for not doing what they say and when to do what they say... Yet you do it because you get the green paper with dead presidents on them to pay what you have been stressing over. They also don’t understand because the CEO of that company is lying around in a big pile of cash.

All I’m voicing is my opinion and my thoughts, of course, but moral of the entire story here is why stress over things we can’t change? Why stress over a bill that’s going to be there tomorrow and is going to keep being there until the day we pass. Why have a a worrisome life!? Live you life one day at a time, for you, what you need, and want to do. Live life by your rules, don’t let others dictate your future. And don’t get caught up in adulting too much, there is no age limit on fun in life.
