Benedette UchePublished 2 months ago in MotivationWhy Giving Up Is Actually Beneficial
Quit? Never! That was me: I've failed to end relationships that had clearly crossed the red line, and when there was every indication to stop I still hung in there with the hope that tomorrow will be better. It’s a curse, really, and one that has brought plenty of unwanted drama into my life. But when I ask myself why letting myself give up on this relationship feels so damn hard, my only answer is that I’ll be branded a quitter without the understanding that quitting can be the positive process of choosing the path that more fully serves your highest good.

Just as a flower wouldn't be content staying nestled in the shade, we shouldn't limit ourselves to merely "getting by." Annelise Lords Address 3 Royal Crest Road Hyde Park NY 12538Published 2 months ago in MotivationWhat kind of beast is "social anxiety"?
Social anxiety, sociophobia (Some people generally confuse it with sociopathy. Hahaha, it shouldn't be like that, it's a little different!) - names that at least once flashed in your spaces of the virtual, and maybe not only, world. And as if it is so clear that this is a fear that arises in situations of interaction with other people. Almost every link found on this query in Google says so. There are quite a lot of explanations on the blogs of psychologists on Instagram and TikTok. But there are still some gaps in understanding, right?

A lot can happen in one day, let alone in one year. The year 2023 was a very difficult one. It was most certainly a year full of trials, tribulations, lessons and loss. I am a single mother of two. I have two daughters. I became a mother at the age of twenty. I actually ended up walking across the stage at 5 months pregnant with my oldest daughter. I waddled across that stage proudly! Ten years later, I was surprised with my youngest daughter. Nice gap, huh?
