Stop Being Insecure!

Hey babes! I’m back and this time with something we all need! Self Love! Here are my tips and trick for self-love, and what helps me overcome my insecurities! It takes time to get rid of insecurities and it doesn't happen overnight. But, we all got to learn how to embrace our flaws or what we think are flaws. Take self-care serious and you'll nail this! Ask for help, if you need it and do your best! Feel free to message me anytime if you need help, recommendations, or just if you need a friend!

💗 1. TREAT YOURSELF! 💗

Let’s be honest! Not everyone can afford lush products. So, here are some low budget products and activities to treat yourself!

  • BANANA 🍌 mash it up and put it in your hair. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash it out with cool water. WORK THAT SILKINESS!
  • COCONUT OIL🥥 Rub that and massage it wherever you don’t feel smooth! Including your hair 🤷🏽‍♀️.
  • FACE MASKS 👌🏽 Get some cheap face masks at Target or Walgreens. Both have great face masks options and I give them a full 💯.
  • SMOOTHIES 🥤 Just because! Yum! Get some fruits and mix them up with water or milk. Or head out and get some cheap smoothies!
  • MUSIC 🎶 Play your favorite playlist or a cheesy one you find on Spotify, Apple Music, or any similar platforms.
  • WATER 💧Drink a lot! But a lot! It’s good for you!
  • CUCUMBER 🥒 Put them on your eyes! It works!
  • NAP IT OUT 🛌.
  • YOGA 🧘‍♀️Take a yoga class or search on YouTube. It’s okay if you can’t do all the poses, just have fun!

🌝2. 12 OTHER STEPS TO SELF CARE 🌝

  • If it feels wrong don't do it.
  • Say exactly what you mean.
  • Don't be a people pleaser.
  • Trust your instincts.
  • Never speak bad about yourself.
  • Never give up on your dreams.
  • Don't be afraid to say no.
  • Don't be afraid to say yes.
  • Be kind to yourself.
  • Let go of what you can’t control.
  • Stay away from negativity.
  • Love.

🔴 3. A GLOW UP?🔴

  • Make a workout routine to do everyday. I’ll leave a picture of mine down below! Do that routine at least three times a week.
  • Drink eight glasses of water a day.
  • Get your skin routine on fleek! So you can slay that beautiful face!
  • Find your signature scent!
  • Start saving up!
  • Set some hourly reminders on your phone.
  • Try something new!
  • Leave the past behind!
  • Create a bucket list!
  • Cut out sweets.
  • Get good sleep! Tip: let your iPhone help you. On the clock app you can set your sleep hours etc.
  • Try some new sports or activities.
  • Slay social media (@KAMILAABEA)
  • Leave the past behind.
  • Wear what makes you feel comfortable.

  • 75 CRUNCHES

  • 25 BACKWARD LUNGES
  • 25 FORWARD LUNGES
  • 1 MINUTE WALL HANDSTAND
  • 1 MINUTE SPLITS (1X PER SIDE)
