Center with the universe and connect to greatness.

So I came across a post on Instagram.

"The goal is to develop spiritual stamina so when a problem occurs I don't react out of emotion but out of wisdom."

Humans are emotional beings. Some like to argue that it's just women that are emotional. That shit is not accurate. We were all created out of some type of emotion. You have to know that right? You have to know that there was some type of passion present when we were conceived. We know what passion that is. So it only makes sense that we acknowledge that we are inevitably derived from a streamline of intense energy. And again what is that energy? Emotion. Passion. You can feel that shit. You can transfer it.

Vibes. That's what we call it. And vibes do not fucking lie about people, experiences, or situations.

Something will almost always drive us into whatever endeavor we embark on. That something is basically, an emotion. The difference is how we handle ourselves when our emotions come to a head. Some of us can mask these emotions a little better than others and some of us 'wear our hearts on our sleeves'. So if you want to, you can call that sensitive. It ain't though. Some people just can control their emotions a tad bit better than the next man. I'd like to equate that to self-control. That's where that 'spiritual stamina' comes in.

Passion.

I'm a passionate person and because of that, I push my self extremely hard to go after the things I want in life and out of people I am surrounded by and involved with. Now, because my mother spoiled me, sometimes when things don't go my way, I can have a mini breakdown. But, all of us do. In our own ways, of course. So here is where you insert that saying, 'Don't judge me.'

Because your emotions don't define you, your display of emotions are just a showcase of how you handle difficult situations. It shows how "equipt" you are spiritually to be exact. This doesn't mean you won't get through it, all it means is that your connection to the higher power isn't as strong as it should be. Your 'spiritual stamina' is not up to par. So, in a nutshell, you need to drink some more water, eat more fruit, and pray or meditate a little longer lil' baby. (That expression was for the culture! Can't forget about the culture).

So how do we actually develop that spiritual stamina?

What I think is? We have to be so connected within and so in tune with the universe and laws of attraction, that we somehow become gods ourselves. Not gods as in we are to be bowed down to or praised, but gods as in understanding the power we posses to improve our lives, ourselves. We deserve to honored and respected. That's just human nature. Knowing that we control our surroundings and how positively or negatively we view those same situations, determine how we get through them. It determines our emotion.

We have to learn tranquility. That's a state of mind. Ultimately, an emotion. Controlled emotion. We need to learn peace. That's a state of being. Once we do that, the spiritual stamina we need strengthens and we learn that when faced with difficult situations, how important it is to act accordingly. Those mini breakdowns don't become so prevalent then.

What "Negative Nancy" said to you about you ever starting that clothing line or being a published author won't matter to you. You won't feel the need to prove anything to anyone about you. Your spirit will be clear and my dear, you will have finally plugged into greatness and since we were created as a replica of a powerful image, you will have become the very thing you were created to be.

You need to find what drives you and hone in on that thing. Become what you think you are. Let your spirit guide you. Your thoughts follow the laws of the universe, and your spirit follow your thoughts so you will always be in control! So, by all means, block out all that noise that may be keeping you from focusing. Whether that may be people, things(tangible and intangible), a habit, or whatever you think distracts you from plugging into the universe, detach from it.

Find your inspiration by pulling from the energy within you. Understand your emotion. The energy you were born with. Grab that same energy by the pussy and use it.
