Step One:

Drink a pint of tap or bottled water every morning with a sliced lemon squeezed into it—this will help to cleanse your body first thing in the morning and the lemon juices will work to detoxify any unneeded chemicals in your body.

Step Two:

ClEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Now you may think, ugh, I hate cleaning, however, scientific studies have proven a clean and tidy environment creates a clean and tidy mind. You can't relax and unwind if your living area isn't clean. Hoover, sweep the sides, tidy and neaten any clutter, make the beds, polish. Create an area of Zen, where you know once you sit down in this area, you have nothing to worry about, you are at peace.

Step Three:

Work hard, play hard!

You CANNOT expect to put 50 percent effort into work or life, and yield 100 percent results in your spare time, energy does not work in this way. Energy goes where attention flows. Why do you think there is a hit song called "Work Hard, Play hard?" If you begin to put 100 percent effort into everything you do, you will begin to notice better outcomes, doors will begin opening, and opportunities will arise.

Step Four:

Appreciate the little things!

Once a regular routine has been made and followed for a while, ie. getting up, ready for work, traveling to work and coming home after work, and is repeated every day, we as humans begin to take things for granted, you miss the beautiful and blissful things that life has to offer. The sun could be shining all day and some people just disregard that as they are used to it. You could be driving to work in a brand new company car; however, you don't actually appreciate the quality of life you are living. If you have a roof, bed, clean clothes, food, and water, and a means of getting to and from work, then you, my friend, are blessed. Only once you begin to appreciate the smallest of things, you will begin to notice things changing in your favour. The universe helps those who ask, appreciate, and love. Not those who demand through jealousy, hate and anger.

Step Five:

Value everything. One man's dirt is another man's treasure!

This one is pretty self explanatory and links with the previous step. Appreciate everything you have, as you didn't always, and will not always have this. Nothing lasts forever, period. Appreciate time with loved ones, family, and friends, as some people don't even have that. Appreciate your bed, your heating, or AC. Appreciate your phone and Internet, rather than searching for negatives in every situation, look for, and I mean REALLY look for at least 10 things a day that you genuinely appreciate. I garuntee if you name ten things out loud (affirmations) that you appreciate. You will begin to feel, see, and notice positive influences in your life.

I hope some of you may have found this somewhat useful. I will be creating more documents hopefully to help inspire people to take action upon negative lifestyles. You are in control and you choose what happens in YOUR life. Don't be a mule and follow. Be yourself and command. No one else on the entire planet, hell, the entire universe, is you. So own it, take control, and start following these steps. Steps 6-10, 11-15, and 16-20 will be coming soon. For now, I'm extremely busy, which I appreciate =). I'd rather be busy, working earning my way, than sat there doing nothing. Peace out, everyone reading. I hope this helped in some way or another.
