Make the world a better place.

Everyone says that they can’t make a difference, that they are a single individual that couldn’t make a change if they tried. They say these words, but little do they realize that it is in no way true.

Take a breath, breath in, and believe.

Believe that for a moment you are not what they tell you to be, and break the rules of what's thought to be possible. You will surprise yourself beyond wonder, and maybe even amaze the world.

Saying you can not do it, is not going to help. When you believe you can not do something, chances are that you're not even going to try. Just because it hasn't been able to be done before, doesn't mean it is impossible. If one way does not work, try another.

Determination is key.

Determination is key for any big project you want to accomplish. You need to want to make it happen. If you are not determined, you have a higher chance of losing all motivation to continue on with the project.

You can't let anything get in your way. Nothing in life is easy, nor is it handed to you, hence why you must earn it. You must cross any obstacle that gets in your way. If you give up before you finish, what will you have accomplished? An attempt is important, but to continue to try after a failure is the most important part. It is okay to fall down, as long as you get back up.

"Great success is built on failure, frustration, even catastrophe." -Sumner Redstone

Make a plan.

What may seem like a pointless step, is actually one of the most important steps you could take in order to succeed. Making a plan could make and break the process, because if planned out wrong, everything may fall down. Along with the organizational benefit of the making a plan, creating deadlines will make it go a lot smoother.

Before making a plan, there are two significant things to remember.

  1. Be specific. Make sure you include every step that you are going to take, as simple as they may be. Remember to include steps like printing out the posters and posting them around town or gathering a group of people for the event.
  2. Be realistic. When making the plan and setting dates, it is important to be realistic with them. Don't expect everything to happen immediately. Things take time. Set reasonable due dates, and if you don't know something look it up. A little research in what to do for steps, or how long something should take will not hurt at all. Instead, it will make the goal so much more reachable.

When putting the plan into action remember to be flexible. Think about other peoples schedules, and how things may not flow exactly how you may want them to. Due dates are always changeable if needed. Some parts may take longer than expected, others won't.

Being open to others ideas will make your campaign so much better. Others ideas can be more creative, and may be the amazing thing that you never even thought about! There is always room to squeeze a great idea in.

Be what you preach.

If you don’t fabricate yourself to the message you are trying to send out, then who will want to follow you? To make a change, you have to be the change. If your chanting all about something you are not willing to do yourself, then why would anyone else want to be that way? Being a hypocrite doesn’t make you any better than the thing that you are against.

Have Patience

Change doesn't happen all at once, but letting the actions you hate continue doesn't make it better. You may not be able to change someone else's actions, but what you could do is change your actions. Be the positive influence that everyone wants to follow the footsteps of. Like negativity, positivity spreads fast too.

It may be a long process, but when finished you will feel so much better with yourself, and possibly the world around you.

Motivational

You can make a difference.
