How to Live Without Stress or Worry

I stand by this lifestyle.

Do you ever feel like there is more to life? Do you feel like you have no purpose? Are you stressed, worried, overthinking, overwhelmed, or don't know who you are?

Then you have come to the right place!

I have designed a way out of the mind and into the present moment. I have practiced a lot and can live in the present moment most of my life. When my mind becomes overactive, I know how to stop it. Doesn't that sound like something you would like to learn how to do?

The Mind Game

Life is very simple if only you can realize it in your own experience. The mind makes everything complicated and overwhelming. It likes to judge analyze and create a false sense of self.

Not knowing who you are and not being connected with your deepest self is the biggest cause of feeling depressed. When you can feel the life inside of you, you feel depressed.

Your mind will make up stories to keep you there because that is the mind's new identity and you believe it.

Don't believe it! You are not a story, thought or emotion.

This will beat you down and take your energy very quick if you don't take control of your own being.

The mind is a useful tool if you use it right. However, most people don't use their minds, it uses them. Are you able to stop thinking? If you can't stop thinking then you will be stuck in a cycle of stress and worry. The mind does not know Joy the mind cannot understand love.

However, you don't have to make the mind into an enemy. All you have to do become aware of how noisy it gets when you are lost in thought. 

If you are able to stop thinking you are then able to reclaim your energy from the mind. This allows you to have much more enthusiasm for life. it also just gives you more energy because it takes a lot of energy to think all the time.

The mind has momentum so when you are stuck thinking and you are constantly thinking it will be difficult to stop. Here's the key.

How to Stop Overthinking

To stop overthinking you have to bring your attention somewhere else other than the mind. Here are some things you can do.

Bring your attention to the breath. Feel the air going into your body. Feel your chest and stomach expanding and contracting.

Shift your attention to the energy inside of your body. Feel how alive you are.

Stop the illusion of time. Time is like the mind's habitat. It survives only in time. If you take time away the mind stops. only the now exists and if you can realize this on a deeper level the mine will slow down. Its momentum will be harder to get accelerated when you do this.

To break the illusion of time you have to live in the present moment as often as you can. Always come back to it because it's all you have.

If you get lost in thought, soon as you realize, then you are present.

You cannot have your attention fully in the now and be thinking at the same time. A lot of people think the future will save them. The truth is that the future is actually bringing you down now.

You are missing the life that is in front of you and you are missing what you can do now. Thinking about the future or the past is a way of distracting yourself and a way of getting out of the present moment.
