A Technique that Will Impact Your Life

Get away from everything and everyone and just accept your reality. The best part of living is experiencing the downturns and what comes next to for us. Now you maybe be thinking why the downturns and the future and not the positive side to life. Well let me explain.

We all have done situations that were not proud of or could of handle things better. But at the end of day all these negative situations that we've done will lead us to a better future. Thats why the future is one of the best things to look forward to in life. You've all heard the saying we learn from our mistakes and honestly thats how simple its get. Two years ago I was being bullied by the way I looked. Infact all my school years I've been told that I'm ugly and my families members don't look like me because their prettier. It still happens today but it's not as bad as before. This is because I've grown strength within and my self confidence is much better so when someone makes horrible comments about me I continue to walk with pride because people stop saying rude comments about me if I take ownership of who I am and where my beauty lies. However I would never be able to do this if I did't take the time to just self motivate myself.

My self motivation technique is just one the ways that inspires me to wake up everyday feeling grateful for myself. This techniques is a way that needs to be done in a quiet place away from all humans and noises so I can just think to myself as I hear the sounds of nature. First of all I clear my mind and just for a couple of seconds and enhance the sounds of all the beauty thats around me. All the the elements that God gave us to appreciate this earth. This was hard at first but once I started doing this regulary it became easier to just clear my mind. Next I begin to accept all the downturns in my life and use them as my motivators from now on. I have little voice in my head that tells me everything that I wish would have never happened in my life. Now this is trick to this technique. Because I'm in a beautiful quiet place I don't see the all the negatives as a negative. Instead I see them as a way that makes me different and how I will stop the negative from progressing into my future. My future is the life that I want to live its not a dream and its not the impossible. It is the reality into the next stage of my life. Anyway the quiet place helps me change the negatives to the positives. Wheras if I was in my bedroom or an urban setting I would still see the negatives as the negatives. This will lead into the negatives taking my present and my future. As I said the future is not a dream it is going to be my reality and I want that reality to be fulfilled with the positive energy thats was made in my past that has lead to me vibrant future of mine. If thats make sense. It's like maths, a negative and positive equals a positive. The negative is the bad situation and the positive is the overcoming thr situation.

I cannot tell you how much being in a more relaxed setting with natural surroundings has helped me aspire into the future. If your in more of a rural setting or even in a small forest you are likely to appreciate the reality of your life rather than being in a built environment. This is because your too focused on whats around such as noise pollution and not having much natural light if your indoors. This interferes with your relaxation mode which can create more negative thoughts into your mind that emotionally effect the way you handle your negative situations. After I've taken the minute to just relax and have a nice cold refreshing drink with makes me feel complete within.

To sum this up I recommend that you try this technique if your feeling overwhelmed, have negative thoughts or even if you can't handle a situation. It can be more than minute if your feeling super relax and can't escape the mode of just being at one with yourself. Relaxtion is the best motivation so you can be empowered and inspired to wake up every morning and the negatives will be switch to a positives so the future is brighter for you to feel more confident about yourself worth.
