Happiness Grows From the Inside!

Your happiness is an inside job. That means that no matter what is going on around you, your happiness is sown from the inside out. It will not be affected unless you choose to use something outside of you as an excuse to take up space in your state of happiness!

3 Steps to Personal Happiness

The great news is that happiness is free and you are are free to choose happiness in your life no matter what is going on around you. “Yeah right," you say. I heard that, and yes! These three simple steps, when applied in your daily life, will produce more happiness than you can even imagine right now.

I know this to be true from my own personal happiness growth using these three simple steps in my own life. Just for the record, simple doesn’t always mean easy, and never underestimate the power of simple.

Okay, now let’s get happy!

Step 1: RECOGNIZE

Keep your eyes on your own paper!

RECOGNIZE where you are looking for your happiness. Are your eyes on your own paper? See, you will never be able to cheat yourself into being truly happy by looking outside yourself for the right answers to your personal happiness.

What I mean by this is, when your eyes are on your own paper, then and only then will you be able to connect with what makes YOU happy. In other words, if you are relying on what things look like, act like and or seem like to choose whether you are happy about it or not, you could be letting what you don’t like take up prime real estate in your state of happiness.

Eyes on your own paper & on to Step 2.

Step 2: RELEASE

Where are you investing your valuable energy?

Your energy is priceless and more valuable, powerful and life-changing than money will ever buy.

Now that your eyes are on your own paper, you can start to recognize where you are spending your valuable time and energy. Is it worth the investment? What are you getting in return? Ok, let’s put it this way, would you invest money on it?

RELEASE the investment of your valuable energy and focus from the things that are taking up valuable space in your ever growing state of happiness.

Your happiness is priceless!

Step 3: RESTORE

Make some very clear choices based on Steps 1 & 2. WITHOUT EXCEPTION!

This step is as powerful as gravity! Without exception! Like gravity, it works for everyone regardless of whether you are rich, poor, happy, angry or what your political or religious views are; gravity works. So, if you are jumping out of a plane, I suggest you have a parachute that works!

This is truly the most powerful step of all! I call it "Free Falling Into The Land of WTF!" What does that mean? It means that the thought of making a "Without Exception" choice and unconditionally putting your happiness first takes your breath away and challenges your faith, trust and true desire to be happy.

In less than a month of my getting real with Steps 1, 2, and 3, I attracted love, abundance, freedom to travel and the ability to create and grow my state of happiness from the inside out, without exception.

RESTORE your state of happiness by making some very clear choices based on what you recognize makes YOU happy and release less than happy investments of your valuable energy, focus and time!
