Guided Journaling

The New Way to Use the Law of Attraction

We've all heard about the benefits of journaling, but all too often we flip open a blank book and stare at it not knowing what to say. Sometimes writing about our day doesn't feel right, or we don't know what thoughts to articulate. A guided journal helps you to gain clarity and focus.

In particular, this is an incredible tool for The Law of Attraction. Most books on the topic give out 'homework' that... seldom gets done. With a built-in workspace, a Manifesting Journal provides you the ability to put pen to paper and follow through as you're learning and applying the lessons.

Law of Attraction Author, Amanda Rose, set out to craft a guide that would incorporate the learning process with actionable steps.

Benefits of Journaling

Journaling lets you unload your mind. When you've had a bad day, have been overthinking a problem, or dwelling on an upcoming situation, it takes up your mental bandwidth. By being able to write those thoughts out you give yourself the ability to let go of the thought; it's now 'saved' in written form for future analysis as far as your brain is concerned, so you no longer have to spend so much time focused on it.

Journaling also helps you to get clarity on your thoughts and to let go of the thoughts you've been overthinking about. When you write it out, it often sparks new ideas or ways of conceiving of ideas around the topic. Like a good old fashion brainstorm, seeing the ideas in front of you often helps them to make more sense.

The process of journaling is great for goal setting, stress release, and flexing your imagination. As it becomes a habit you'll find your ability to problem solve increases, while simultaneously your stress and feelings of worry decrease.

How to Journal

Of course, you can grab a blank journal and let your thoughts freeflow. Set aside five to 10 minutes a day to write about your day or about the thoughts you've been ruminating on.

If you have a hard time allowing your thoughts to freeflow, get a guided journal to help you to focus. Having journal prompts can help you to focus your thoughts.

This will also help you to prevent your mind from constantly focusing on what's wrong or could go wrong. Our minds are fantastic at creating scenarios about all of the terrible things that could happen; by getting some guidance you can learn how to train your brain to focus on the positives.

Guided Journaling

A guided journal provides a focus for your writing. It will give your prompts, and walk you through ideas. Guided journals vary, depending on their purpose.

Today we're going to talk about The Manifesting 30-Day Guided Journal which includes daily lessons and follow-up writing prompts. This Journal takes traditional Law of Attraction and Mindset practices and puts them into action.

In an Interview with the Author

I wanted to help my readers actually do the work. I love self-help books, they have changed my life, but let's face it—sometimes as we read and they give us a task or tell us to write something down, if we don't have a journal nearby... we don't do it.
This way, as I guide readers through the lessons and there are areas where they need to engage, like setting goals or working through subconscious beliefs, they have the space to do it, and then to continue reading. This streamlines the whole process!
