Dream a Reality

Make your wishes come true.

Are you living your dream life?

When you wake up in the morning, are you waking up in your dream house and starting the day just the way you like it?

If not, what is stopping you?

Some would say finance, others would say current situations, and some would say... hmm life!

Yes, these play a huge factor in stopping you from living your dream life, but to what extent?

Many believe that the "ideal life" that they are searching for will always be a dream and never a reality. They allow themselves to spend some time in the dream world and then that's it... back to reality. The real world.

But is your "dream world" really just a fantasy that will never come true or are you just making excuses for why it cannot work?

As a Law of Attraction Coach, I coach many to come away from the limited thinking that life cannot change and what you are stuck with is all that it can be.

In my own life, I have made some huge changes and achieved some big dreams of mine, just by stepping away from this limited thinking and taking a chance, a chance on me. I've allowed myself to have great experiences and even currently, right now as I am writing this, I am living a dream. I dreamt for years of running my own coaching business full time and getting out of the 9 to 5 grind. To live a life where I could get up in the morning without having to set an alarm, to have the time to start my day with yoga and meditation and to live a healthier and more peaceful lifestyle, while being in charge of my working day. I get to set my hours each day and can work as late as I want or finish as early as I want. And this year, while on holiday in Mauritius, I realised that another dream of mine had just come true... I was able to still coach clients and earn money while being away from home!

I am living my dream. Now I am not saying that everything is perfect and life is a dream in every area, but if there are a few areas that are already as I dreamt it, then I know the other areas will fall into place.

So how do you do it?

First of all, I would say listen to you and most of all, value you. You have to believe you are worth it. You have to believe your life is worth it. You have to believe in your own unique power to give yourself the best life that you dream of. Yes it won't be easy. You'll have to possibly make some changes not only externally, but internally as well, but through the hurdles of change comes the essence of living your dream life.

Ask yourself this question: What would it feel like if you were living your dream life?

Close your eyes and connect to that feeling. What would you be doing? Who would you be with? What are your surroundings like?

Really get in touch with this feeling, let it take over. Take as long as you want in this visualisation and just connect to it.

Now open your eyes and get a piece of paper and a pen and write down what changes you would have to make to make this a reality. This may be a daunting task, as you will be looking at your current reality, but use it for a purpose, a purpose that will bring you closer to making it real.

Don't let this be a list of excuses. What this list is, is a list of potential actions that you need to take to achieve your dream.

If I can do it and am still doing it, and so many others are doing it too then know that just with a matter of actions and thoughts, you too can achieve it. No matter what.

Be the hope for yourself. Circumstances don't limit you. You become unlimited.

So what do you do with this list? Break it down into manageable actions that you can implement on a daily basis and just keep going.

What I found was that life just evolved for me. I didn't over think things through, I just took daily action by doing tasks that I enjoyed and that I knew I wanted to keep doing for a while and would lead to my dream life. I was being true to myself and I was enjoying what I was doing.

When you do this, you don't focus so much on the changes that are happening and that you have to make. You just get stuck in or as I call it "get into the flow." Life then evolves and before you know it, you get a moment to sit back and review and realise that "wow I did it!" just like I did when I was on holiday in Mauritius. I think those moments in life when it just sneaks up on you—those are the blissful moments.

I always say that what I love about coaching individuals is when they get that "a-ha!" moment, that moment when they realise how far they've actually come and what they have achieved. That lifts me up and the same is true for my own "a-ha" moment. That will be the same for you.

So I urge you, if you are not living that dream life that you hope for, put away the excuses and give yourself permission to live a life that will make you smile. You don't have to change everything, just take each area and slowly transform it with your daily actions. And if you need a coach to help you in this transition, please don't hesitate in contacting me. I'd love to see you reach that "a-ha" moment.

Life only comes once, so make it a dream life that becomes your reality. After all, you do deserve to be happy.

Dream big and make it happen!
