I have created acronyms to help people get through a tough week or situation. Hopefully this helps. 😊

B.O.S.S.

I see the word boss as someone who is a motivator and leader—not someone who tells others what to do and brings them down. Let's break it down...

  • Be bold. A person who is bold likes to take risk and be courageous. They also show confidence in their actions.
  • Be outstanding. An outstanding person works hard to achieve something ; like a talent. They practice over and over again until they get it right. The finished product reveals all the passion they had towards it
  • Be strong. A strong person is someone who pushes through challenges because they know that greatness lies on the other side.
  • Be spectacular. This is a person who is so amazing that they start to catch others eye and become a role model.

To answer the question in the photo. You run the world. You decide the path you take in life. You are your own boss (aka motivator & leader).

M.O.V.E

I see the word "move" as getting up and going around lifting others spirits. Let's break it down...

  • Have and give motivation. Don't forget to help others achieve a goal and get through a situation and you might just gain accountability partners.
  • Be optimistic. Have confidence and be hopeful that everything in your life is going to be okay. It's going to be the best it's ever been.
  • Be vibrant. Have a bag full of energy and be enthusiastic.
  • Enlighten. Wear your smarty pants and share your knowledge about a subject or situation. It could help someone in the long run.

List of B.O.S.S People

I have created a list a people I think are B.O.S.S women and men. I encourage readers to create their own list and most importantly don't forget to add yourself. We have some amazing people in this world who describe the B.O.S.S acronym so well. Sorry if I missed some names...

  • Maya Angelou
  • Jordan Peele
  • Michelle Obama
  • Barack Obama
  • Beyonce
  • Jay -Z
  • Taraji P. Henson
  • Bill Gates
  • Walt Disney
  • The Rock
  • Tamera Mowry
  • Tia Mowry
  • LAYA KIANA (ME)

and so much more...

Who displays the M.O.V.E acronym?

Many people show this acronym, including yourself. But one person comes to mind because of her recent actions. That person is... Drum roll please... (The picture will explain it all.)

If you still don't know who the person is after looking at the photo. It's Beyonce, the queen of the beyhive. The reason why I think she displays the M.O.V.E acronym well is because of her latest project. Her Coachella performance last year not only entertained people , but inspired people as well. She decided to film the performance and put it on Netflix. The Netflix special had behind the scenes footage, which displayed the acronym "to the T." There was a lot of work and dedication that was put into this performance. Everyone involved motivated each other to keep going and be the best they can be through the long and sleepless nights. Beyonce was optimistic when she decided to do the performance after giving birth to twins. She explains how she had to loose a lot of weight, learn choreography, care for three kids, and be a wife. Not to mention she was the first African American woman to headline Coachella.

Her confidence and motivation didn't allow her to say no to performing. Everyone involved were vibrant during the performance and behind the scenes. A lot of accountability partners were involved and everyone fed off of each others energy. Her whole performance was to honor and enlighten others about HBCU'S. Even though she didn't get a chance to attend an HBCU or any type of college. She learned from her dad who attended one and events; such as Battle of the Bands. That she was able to attend during her free time. Also to help her enlighten others, she chose background performers who attended an HBCU and were engaged in the culture of the campus.
