Are you really who you think you are?

Why is a plan B necessary? Study, learn, eat healthy, exercise, sleep, meditate, and repeat. If you are determined to get it right you won't allow excuses to not try! Trust me, if you are reading this, then already your chances of positive survival while achieving goals is better than the 50 percent watching East Enders or the negativity of the news.

Can you see who you truly are? Are you a rare one who is working to make your dreams come true, traveling the world, or do you ignore this by thinking going to the pub or living within toxic relationships is the answer to your problems. Success has a different meaning to everyone, yet for me success is me finally being happy, if you don't live for your dreams then what is the point? For me writing is my love, my dreams, my passion linked with purpose, and only being around people that are reflections of the values I hold. What are your values? What do you stand for?

If you don't know where to start and are lost within life, just start with the first idea that comes to mind, do it your way, break the rules without harming another. Have you ever tried to not beat yourself up for what you think are the worst parts and just concentrated on the best bits? Be brave, be you.

Life is a choice and the simple understanding of gratitude and the people around you to love and make you feel loved surely should be enough, so why isn't it, and why does this stop your inner beliefs? To not let the pressure of what society says you should be, go and let go of all expectations. Why do we crave to be like someone else when we are all unique, individual, beautiful expressions of life, there is not one person to be like other than you, your best self, again be you.

So love yourself, replenish, and repair without comparison to others.

Everyday list all the things you are grateful for, list them, if you do this daily, deciding to take pride within this list will naturally grow, but YOU must do this daily. Write another list for what you would like to change, another list on how you can change it. The understanding that there is a solution to every problem, the feeling of finally achieving is the best feeling felt. Decide to go all the way and enjoy doing it.
