Once Upon a Time
Once upon a time, there was a lady that died from breaking her own heart. She was asleep for a long while in the after, dreaming about the very life she left behind her. She dreamt of her life, as if she was reliving every moment again. She relived all of her youth, and boy was it exciting. She smiled, and laughed. She ran, and played. She made friends and even had to fight once or twice. She had darker moments from her youth creep into her dream and threaten to turn it to a nightmare. But she held onto her child like consciousness in her death sleep. And was always able to forgive and move on with grace.

7 Reasons Why You Should Meditate Daily
Meditation is a practice that has exploded into the mainstream in the last ten years due to the fast spreading wellness movement. But I'm willing to bet there are still quite a few people out there that just think they don't have the time, or that it's boring. Maybe just don't understand the true benefits of adding a short 10-minute practice to your daily routine. I know I didn't want to mess around with it when I first heard of it from a good friend of mine. But I was really suffering from anxiety and depression. No meds worked for me. I became curious. I started out with just 10 minutes in the morning. And you know what? Within about a week, I was in love. I want to share with you a list of my 7 favorite reasons why I believe you should meditate daily. I hope you give it a try.

Motive-ational
I have a motive here. It is simply to make you feel your absolute best when you are finished reading this. I hope that by my words your entire perspective on yourself and the life that is going on around you has changed drastically for the better. You see, I know all too well what it's like to just feel like you're not going to make it. I know what it feels like to put all your effort into the day, working, taking care of the kids, grocery shopping, and fitting in time for the husband or wife after making supper. Finally you crash into bed exhausted only to have the stresses of what tomorrow will bring haunt your dreams at night.
