How To Win Every Day
What do you consider winning your day to consist of? You do not need to do as much as people think you need to do to win every day. I am going to give you an easy tool that will help you win every day, and help you string as many winning days together as you can. If you begin to win consistently every single day it will become a habit, and when winning becomes a habit for you, success arrives to you effortlessly. The tool that will allow you to do just this is called a power list. I recommend getting a journal for your power list, it is important that you write it down on paper. Every day is a new page, and every day you place the date and five tasks that you must complete that day, or tasks that you think will help you if you did them. Only five tasks, that is not a lot of effort when you think about it. As you go through your day begin to check your tasks off as they are done. Once, and only once you have finished and checked off all five tasks have you won the day.

How To Make More Money
Do you want to know how to get ANYTHING you want? Do you seek riches and wish to live a life of abundance? You can have anything you desire and it all starts with a thought. (This article has the power to change your life. As the information within it has changed my life.) A thought becomes a want, a want becomes a wish, a wish becomes desire, and once you desire something enough you can convince your subconscious mind that you already have that desire. You are a piece of the great creator, and you are a powerful being. Your mind is an extremely powerful energy source, and the thoughts within your mind are pure energy. It is a known law that energy will attract likewise energy. Therefore, the dominating thoughts in your mind will attract similar energy and your thoughts will begin to become physical reality. It sounds crazy but it actually works! It takes very minimal effort to use this to your advantage. All you must do is use positive affirmations to influence your subconscious mind and watch what you think about very carefully. The more you practice this act of using your thoughts to your advantage the better you become at it, and eventually you will realise your full potential and be able to create a lavish life. Your thoughts will become reality. This goes for negative thoughts as well, a negative thought will manifest in your mind just as easily as a positive thought. Think of your mind like a garden. If you ignore the garden it will wither and weeds will very soon start to sprout, but if you nourish the garden like you will nourish your mind with positive thoughts then it will begin to grow into abundance.

How to Meditate
Do you ever have a hard time falling asleep at night? Do you have a lot of stress and not many ways to deal with it? There is a very simple medicine to fix all of these problems, that medicine is meditation. I refer to meditation as medicine because it will literally heal you. Physical and mental stress result in the production of the stress hormone cortisol. Cortisol is a very bad hormone and you want as little of it as possible. It can promote anxiety and depression. It can disrupt your sleep. It can even increase your blood pressure! People who meditate regularly say it helps with their stress. they feel this way because it slows or stop or brains from making cortisol and keeps us relaxed and proper.
