A Manifestation Process That Really Works

Manifest anything by knowing it already exists.

Manifest anything you desire.

Manifesting your desire into reality is not such an impossible process. It is simply a matter of realizing that everything you want is already yours in another timeline. By living in a state of gratitude, setting intentions and practicing positive recognition of self you can achieve your goals. This process will bring you new opportunities and even tangible, visual results in a short time.

Whether you want a new car, a new wardrobe, weight loss or the love of your life it can be yours with this simple process. You will want to begin a journal. The process discussed here requires daily writing and you may begin to experience powerful dreams and synchronicities. It will be helpful to you if the entire experience is kept in a specific journal, a manifestation journal.

At the top of every daily entry, which need not be more than one page long, write down your intention, what you desire the most. Be specific and concise, leave no room for doubt or error. One example may be "I intend to own a 2018 black Ford Mustang." Your intention is your goal and if you are not clear and specific no matter what you do, the Universe will not respond.

I am grateful for...

Be grateful for everything, even the little things.

The Universal Spirit will grant you many blessings when you show gratitude for what it has already given, which is everything. When you are in a state of gratitude, really seeing yourself as already achieving abundance, you will attract an even more abundance. It is quite simple to achieve a state of gratitude. This may require some reprogramming of your thoughts in order to realize how blessed you truly are already. In order to do this, make a gratitude list every morning.

Before you start your day, when you have some quiet morning time, as this is when the subconscious mind is in control and it will set the tone of your day, after writing your intention, list ten things for which you are grateful. Be realistic, look around you and be grateful you had a bed to sleep in and food to eat, a home and family.

Look around your home and list each item one at a time until you can easily make your list. Once you can readily recognize ten things you are grateful for then you have achieved a state of gratitude. Next, include gratitude for the object (or state of being, person) you desire. For example, "I am grateful for my 2018 Black Mustang."

This is recognition that you already have achieved your desires and you are grateful for it. The Universe does not understand the concept of time as humans, in a parallel world, you have already attained your desire and by becoming grateful it brings it closer to this timeline.

It beings into this reality, as "now" is the only real time and the only real hour and day. As you write down each item on your gratitude list, see it in your mind. Feel the positive emotion that this item inspires in you.

If you are grateful for your family, see your family members faces and feel their love and your love for them. This raises your vibration and also sets your tone for the day.

I am...

You are already whole and complete.

The next step in this manifestation process includes recognition that you are already perfect in every way. The Universe does not see our perceived flaws. Flaws are a human concept and completely unknown to the being that created us all, as we were created absolutely perfect.

In addition to listing ten things for which you are grateful, now include five "I am" statements. "I am healthy and fit," may be one of your statements if you are in the process of changing your physical appearance. Just as realizing you have already achieved your desires and are grateful for it, this tells the Universe that you know you are perfect in every way and require no alteration.

Remember, the spirit that created all does not see flaws, only perfection. Personality, physical and character flaws are man-made states. The I am statements are beneficial as you do retrain your brain, realign yourself with perfection and raise your vibration with a positive self-image.

As with the gratitude list, feel yourself become all of the things on your "I am" list as you write. Feel that you are healthy and fit, feel that you are strong and wise. By doing this,you are training yourself to realize how wonderful you truly are and the Universe will respond by delivering blessings that are in alignment with that vibration.

I intend...

What you intend, is what you will into existence.

The entire manifestation process is worthless without the setting of intentions. Your intentions are your goals, whether they be big life-changing goals like purchasing a home or something small like acquiring a new smartphone.

Without intention there is no manifestation. In the remaining space on your page for the day, write out your intentions. Include your daily intentions, "I intend to enjoy each moment as it is presented to me today." S

et your intentions to reflect the steps you need to take in achieving your ultimate goal as if you already have it in your life, "I intend to be more physically energetic and eat nutritive foods."

When you set your intentions it sends a message to the Universe to put these things in your path, much like placing an order for delivery. As with any delivery it may take some time but you know it will arrive and therefore are not doubting its existence or your ability to receive. As you are setting your intentions, engage your senses to reflect that particular experience.

For example, if you intend to meet all of your sales targets at work to get bigger commissions then see your customers with high priced merchandise in their hands. This creates a timeline of events that will become reality.

Tell yourself...

Speak it into existence.

The final step in this process is reading it back to yourself, telling yourself what you are grateful for, who you are and what you intend to do and really meaning it. Simply reading the words you have written are not enough, you must feel each word as you speak it. Speak firmly and with positive and affirming tones, look yourself in the eye.

As you speak, see each word and each phrase, sentence. See yourself grateful for your home, feel that you are whole and complete, know that you will achieve your goal. This trains your brain to switch from a state of lack and want, to one of achievement and abundance.

We are all creators of our own reality and understanding how we do this is perhaps the most important thing we can ever know. This is a practice to implement daily until you achieve your ultimate goal, that new car or reaching your goal weight. By practicing this process daily you are working towards your goals.

Keep track of opportunities in your journal, note the synchronistic events that will affirm that you are on the right path and you will see results very quickly. We all create our own reality. When we live and behave as if we are lacking, then we will always lack. However, by living and behaving as if we already have everything we want, that brings our ultimate goals into existence.
