Positivity is key.

1. You have dreams.

I'm not talking about the dreams you have at night. I'm talking about the dreams you have for your future. Live another day to try and achieve those dreams. If you have dreams then you clearly want to achieve goals. If you have goals then you can break it down into stages—you have a plan. If you have a plan then you can work on making your dreams a reality. Do NOT give up just yet.

2. You have so much life left.

Have you always wanted to travel the world? Or meet your favorite actor at a convention? Have you always wanted to start gardening or karate or going to the gym? Have you always wanted a spice rack? If you live another day, you have an opportunity to do all the things you wanted. No matter what it is, big or small, hold on to the things you want to experience. If you decide to go, think of all the new good music, good films, good family and friend times. Hold on to the fact you have so much life left and you have so much to experience yet! Enjoy it babes.

3. The world is beautiful.

Sure you could argue that the world is kinda going to shit but that shouldn't discourage you from the fact the world is beautiful. In spring flowers start to grow and the air starts to feel warm again. Tiny lambs are being born and it is a time for new beginnings. In summer the days are long and the sunsets are gorgeous. In autumn the air is crisp and the leaves can crunch under your feet. Do not miss the opportunity to grab a pumpkin spiced latte. In winter there is Christmas and snow and cute babies dressed in thousands of layers that you can barely see its face. Every single day the world is showing it's beauty. Just take a minute to embrace it all, you won't be disappointed.

4. Think of your loved ones.

Live another day because of the people you love. Try to imagine your best friend without you. Imagine your granddad being told you're no longer around. School mates or work colleagues. Your parents, siblings, your partner. Live another day so you can spend more time with them. Live another day so that they can live too—the day you end your pain is the day their pain begins. Life is short as it is, don't take the people around you for granted.

5. You won't have the chance to regret leaving.

It's proven that most people who jumped off a bridge or a building etc trying to kill themselves and survived it, realized their problems could be solved or simply didn't matter at all. Whatever is stressing you out, whatever is causing your mental strain, whatever is causing you to want to not live another day... FIGHT IT. Once you have gone you will not have the chance to regret it. You won't have the chance to think, "Damn, if only I had one more day," or "Damn, I wish I had lived." YOU have to take control of your life and live another day. Keep going, keep fighting, even when you feel like giving up. If you get knocked down then you better get back up and show the world you want to live another day. I promise you that even if you have to wake up every day and say, "Let's just live one more day," every day for the rest of your life, then that's good enough. You can make it through and the world, it will always be there. The world will be waiting for you to live in it one more day.
