What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving? Why are we only thankful only around Thanksgiving or when we go to church, but most people aren't thankful most days. We as humans have something to be thankful for each day we just have to find what it is. Here's my month of being thankful. What are you thankful for this holiday season?

Day 1

I am thankful for being me. Whether I'm being crazy or bitchy, sassy, or playful I am me. I talk the way I talk and I walk the way I walk. I do not apologize for being who I am or what I do. The things I have gone through in my life are the things that make me who I am today and I love me.

Day 2

I am thankful for my baby girl Belinda. She is a smart and wonderful little girl. I am so blessed to be her Mommy. She makes me things when I am sick when I am hurting when I am sad or depressed. She takes care of me whenever my asthma flares up and I can't breathe. She is caring and loving, and a very good friend. She's growing into a wonderful little girl that makes me proud.

Day 3

I am thankful that I had a great mother who before she passed was my best friend. She was my mom and my dad, she was my rock, my hero, my sister, my everything. My mom did everything for us going up and she made me the mother I am, the woman I am today.

Day 4

I am thankful for my family. I have a wonderful daughter that shines like a light in my life and I am so proud and thankful to be her mother. I had an amazing mother who I was so proud of and proud to be her daughter as well. I have a great son who gives me every reason to be proud of him. He is such a great kid from doing well in school, all the way to being a good teenager, unlike some of these other kids who are getting hooked on drugs, or drunk. He's not getting anyone pregnant or getting arrested. I am a proud wife of a man that despite all of his faults shows me love and appreciation no matter where he is. I am proud to be able to hear him sing, and to one day see him on stage doing what he loves the most.

Day 5

I am thankful for my best friends. The ones who have always been there for me, that have loved and supported me. My husband Chris, my daughter Belinda, my mama Belinda, and my son Joshua. I love you all and I couldn't do this life without you.

Day 6

I am thankful that my kids are alive. Both of my kids were preemies and had a hard and sick life for a while and no they are very healthy and alive and I am very lucky to have them safe and healthy.

Day 7

I am thankful that I have love in my life. not everyone has loved or can say they have been loved. fortunately for me, I am one of the ones that can say I know love. I can say I am loved.

Day 8

I am thankful that I have my own house and don't live in an apartment. I have most of my bills paid, rent is paid. I have a job, I had love, friends, family. I have a good life.
