It is so important to be positive.

Whatever you think in your mind will eventually leak out into your everyday life. If you always think negatively, how do you expect to get positive results? If want a positive outcome you must practice positive thinking. Whenever a negative thought tries to capture your mind, it is important to stop and overpower it with positive thoughts. If you start to doubt yourself and think that you can't accomplish your goal, or question whether you might fail, then you will need to drown out those thoughts. You should think that you can do anything you set your mind to, and know that you were created to accomplish greatness. If you fall, you can always dust yourself off and get back up again. These are the ways in which we should be thinking daily.

It is so easy to grasp onto the negative thoughts that flood into our minds, but with great practice you can reverse those thoughts and turn them into something more positive. If everyday you wake, you looked in the mirror and said to yourself, “I can do anything I put my mind to," or “I am going to succeed today," you'd see how much different your day would go. First off, you would start off your day much more happy than you usually would, and you'll notice you're more motivated throughout the day. If something comes along during your day to make you doubt yourself or bring along negative thoughts, I guarantee that if you use the same method and drown out those thoughts with more positive thoughts, you will see how much better your day is.

Me, personally, when I am at work I love to listen to positive songs and motivational speeches and sermons. I notice they make my work environment totally different. I notice that my day goes by so much smoother and less things tend to bother me. I don’t even have time to be bothered with negative thoughts because positive thoughts are flowing through my eardrums into my soul and being released into my work. So therefore I end up working much better and most times out of nowhere I smile crawls over my face. It is so beautiful what positive vibes can do to you. It gets to the point that I really depend on listening to these things at work to make me function much better, because I notice that when my mood isn't right, I don't function properly.

You can see how positivity makes such a big difference. Imagine if that was on a broader scale; if positive words flowed through our thoughts and into our day to day behavior. What a way things would be so much different in our lives.

In the same way, thinking positively can make a big difference in your life; so can surrounding yourself with positive people. Positive people give off positive energy and in turn will therefore motivate you to be positive but if you surround yourself with negative people then I feel sorry for you. Even if you are the most positive person in the world; surrounding yourself with negative people will drain you and make it so hard for you to stay positive. They will put doubt in your mind and discourage you. No matter how strong you may think you are guess what negative behavior is super contagious. It is like a disease and it will weaken your system and take you over. It dampens your mood.

You could be telling yourself, “I can do this," and then in every area you have people around you saying "what if it doesn't work out?" or “I don't know why you try so hard, you should just give up.”

Constantly hearing people in your ears telling you those things will allow doubt to step into your mind and alter your positive thinking. Then you will start wondering that maybe they could be right, and you start doubting your own capabilities.

If you listen to people, you won't live at your full potential—you will barely be surviving.

This is why I say to you that you must know the people that you are entertaining in your life. Be careful with what you allow people to bring into your life. If it is nothing positive, then you don't need it.

All our lives, we allow family and friends to criticize us and fill our minds with doubt and negativity. “Oh you will be like your father," or "your dreams are too big, maybe you should try something else.”

If we are constantly carrying around all this negativity all our lives, then how do we expect to think positively. This is what is holding back so many people from living at their full potential. If people constantly tell us we can't be this kind of person or we can't do that. Then we are suffocating, limited and wrapped up in lies. Burdened with all this negativity, but it is time to change that.

Change the way you think.

Change the way you talk.

Change the way you walk.

Hold your head up high.

Think you are great and that you CAN DO ANYTHING YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO.

Tell yourself that daily and watch how your life will shift for the better.

It is time for POSITIVE THINKING!
